Only a couple of weeks before the actual end of the presidency I am finally able to upload the color picture.

Before The End...

...Of the French presidency of the EU, the Eiffel Tower in her European dress, as seen from thte "Troca"-Ok so we don't really see what is european on this one (maybe some people have managed to tell the stars apart from the other lights) ! As soon as I get my hand on the color photograph I'll post it !
